How Much Does the SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack Weigh

Hello! We have a 2018 VW Tiguan. We find the swing aspect really interesting. What is the weight of the rack itself? when that say weight capacity, does it mean the goal weight: bikes + rack? What would be the best 4 bikes rack available for us?
