What Size Are the Pins That Come with the Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Hauler and Cargo Carrier

I wanted to know what size are the pins are holding it together because I want to use screws and bolts instead or can you please tell me what size bolts and nuts do I need to put it together besides using the pins because I am not good at screw measurements? Thank you

The Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Hauler and Cargo Carrier part # 310-VTG002 comes with a few different sets of pins. These are all called out for you in the manual I have attached but the pins that are used to unlock/tilt the frame assembly will be 8mm x 50mm and the pins that are used to hold the wheels in place are 25mm.
