The best 16,000 lb capacity 5th wheel hitch and base rail system for your 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty is the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider # C16521 with the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # C16424-204.

This is the best option because this rail kit is does not require any type of drilling into your F-250's frame to install, which is not only great for your truck but also greatly eases the installation. The A16 is the best hitch for you because of how easy it is to use and how reliable it is. The hitch has a handy indicator system which will let you know if the jaws on the hitch are ready to couple, uncouple or tow. This color-coded system makes the process of hooking up or disconnecting your trailer much simpler.

The A16 will also give you a much more comfortable ride than other hitches because of its interlocking dual jaw system that wraps totally around your king pin, ensuring complete contact and minimizing any slack that can cause the uncomfortable chucking or jarring that can occur when towing a 5th wheel trailer.

This is the best option by far, but if you wanted a more cost-effective option there are universal base rails, the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035 which will require drilling into your F-250. The Curt A16 will fit these rails or you can go with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051 which is a no-nonsense hitch that will get the job done, though there may be a bit more play and movement with this hitch than the A16.

To add a 5th wheel wiring harness to your '13 F-250 with a factory 7-way you simply need the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410.

I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
