What's up everybody. It's AJ with you etrailer.com Today, we're gonna be checking out the Prest-O-Fit hose extension. It's going to be great for, if you can see our setup here today, our hose isn't quite long enough to get to the dump tank, and I don't want to have to move the whole rig around. Now, we've got it all set up. So this is going to be a nice spare thing to have with you. You just use the Prest-O fitting on that end, and then connected.

Doesn't take up that extra space you don't have. Let's check it out. Now today, we're using it in combination with other Prest-O-Fit accessories. So we're using with the Prest-O hose and ends. So it's going to be really easy to just push those in.

I'll just show you that instead of tell ya. Just like that, you've made that connection. Now, if you don't have Prest-O-Fit hoses, and you're getting this extension, you can use a band to go with it, to attach it. It'll go around there and tighten it that way. It'll still work, but the Prest-O-Fit, I feel like, is really the way to go.

It's so easy to get connected, that extension. And on this end too, we're already done, and we can start dumping the tank. The extension can come in a couple of different sizes. The one we're using today is going to be five foot. Now you can also get 10, 17 foot, or even 25 feet of length of an extension.

Whatever you need most of the time, you're the one that's driving your rig places. If you need just a little bit, you can go with one on the little lower end, but if you just want a lot, just in case, you can get that one too. The overall construction seems pretty solid. Now, it's not like the Duraform ones where it'll hold its shape, but you can get a little stretch out of it. So if you need just a little bit more, it will expand like that. It just won't hold its shape as well as the Duraform. But, like I said, it feels good. I can push down on it and bounces back in the place. I don't have to worry about it being super fragile and ripping easy. Talking about some of the accessories to get with the hose extension, or if you're just using the 25 foot one as a hose, I really recommend staying with the Prest-O-Fit. The ends, like the elbow going in our dump tank here, super easy to put that on. All the way to the middle, where we add that extension. And we just have that adapter there to connect those two easily. You saw them, the pressure fiction, friction fit it. It stays there. It's going to stay in place. It's really easy to put together. And then, up on our rig side. Now this one has a bayonet fitting and it's still easy to use, but I would recommend getting the clear elbow that they offer. You push the hose on there, just like you do everything else. But that clear elbow that you stay from afar, checking it out and see when a dump tanks all flush. There's no liquid in there anymore. You can watch it go through, see when it's empty, and know that you're done. Something else I would really recommend is a hose support. It just helps that hose stay elevated and keep that gravity, and the liquid flowing all the way down into the dump tank, it's just going to make it easier so it doesn't get bunched up in any parts. I like using that with the hose. It just makes everything easier, cause you wanted this to be as easily and pain-free as possible. That about does it, thanks for hanging out. And I hope this helped..
