What is the bumper trimming difference between the ecohitch hitches for 2018 Golf R?

The cutout of the the EcoHitch # 306-X7333 and # 306-X7332 it is 3-1/4" x 3". Since the cutouts are the same I highly recommend going with the EcoHitch # 306-X7332 because it gives you a 2" receiver over the 1-1/4" receiver size for the other 2 hitches. The larger receiver size means that you can use more accessories for your 2018 Volkswagen Golf R model. Just be sure not to exceed the weight capacity of your Volkswagen.

We have three options that fit your 2019 VW Golf R. Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24975 and EcoHitch has a 1-1/4 inch and a 2 inch receiver option # 306-X7333 and # 306-X7332. The Draw-Tite option is the only class I hitch that will minimize your options for accessories, where the class II and class III hitches will have more directly compatible options.
