Comparing Thule T2 Pro XTR and Thule DoubleTrack Bike Racks
Question:
Hi, What is the difference between these two bike racks? TH92bj and TH69TX Thanks!

Helpful Expert Reply:
The really big difference between the Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH69TX and the Thule DoubleTrack # TH92BJ is how the rack attaches to the bikes. The T2 attaches by grabbing the bikes at the tire and the Doubletrack grabs the frame.
The advantage to a tire mount is that the frame doesn't get touched. This is especially helpful if the frame is made of carbon or has an expensive paint job you don't want to touch. The advantage the frame mount has is less cost and if the bikes have fenders you have to go this route.
Also, the T2 Pro XTR # TH69TX can be set up to hold 2 or 4 bikes. The 2-bike version of this is the # TH83JV.
I attached review videos for both racks for you to check out as well.
