Going from a trailer tire size of ST205/75-15 to an ST225/75-15 is a very common upgrade that works well for most people as long as there's the needed clearance for the larger tire. The larger tire size is only 1.3 inches taller so as long as you have the wheel well clearance you'd be perfectly fine.
