I can help you figure out what bearings and grease seal you need for your EZ Loader trailer, though since there isn't a single kit we offer designed for these trailers there are a couple of steps you'll need to take first.
You will need to take apart your hub assembly and looking at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure. You will also need to take the same measurement to find the correct grease seal. It is important to get the exact measurement as there are grease seals with a very similar diameter.
I have added links to our selection of bearings as well as seals for you to check out.
