Recommended Padlock for Reese Goose Box Adapter

That ML 101 did not fit it was too large of an opening and did not work to lock the hitch.

The specifications of the Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock part # ML101 are inline with what is required to lock the coupler portion of a Reese Goose Box Adapter like part # RP85FR which you can see in the attached photo. That said, if you have tried to use this lock and found that it does not work due to being over-sized then I recommend the Master Lock Brass Padlock part # ML4140LH which also meets the specifications of the Reese Goose Box Adapter but is not as over-sized as the former.
