Does Brake Controller Output Pin on Trailer Connector Have Voltage All the Time

Is the female trailer brake connector Bergman on the 5th Wheel hot all time, meaning from the 12V Battery’s?

The brake output pin on a 7-way (5:00 pin) will not be hot unless the brake controller is trying to apply the trailer brakes. So it would not be hot all the time. The only circuit that will have voltage present all the time will be the 12 volt accessory circuit which is in the 1:00 position.
