I do have an option for you but we do not offer custom made trailer axles which it sounds like you are looking for because what you have is not common. The best fit option we have if the measurements that you provide are correct is the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam part # 8327864 which is 94" between the hub faces, 79" long between the spring centers, and has a 7,000 lb weight capacity.

Please note the hub face measurement does not include the lug studs. If this is slightly longer than what you have now then this won't be an issue but you won't want one longer than the other on a tandem or triple axle trailer. The spring seats can then be moved to match your 80" spring center and the extra weight capacity won't hurt either.

The only other option I have for you is an axle-less system like the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension part # ASR5200S01.

As long as your existing hubs use the 25580 inner bearing and 14125A outer bearing, they will fit the 7K axle # 8327864 perfectly.
