Can Bulldog Square Landing Gear Jack # BD182701 Work on 20k Trailer
Question:
we have a exciss trailer live in quarters... gvw is 14000 tgw - 20000 is this jack sufficient? currenct jack is broke and name plate data on the jack is worn off

Landing gear jacks typically support between 25 and 30 percent of the total weight of a trailer. So if your trailer weight up to 20,000 lbs the Bulldog Square Jack # BD182701 that you referenced with it's 12,500 lb capacity would easily be rated high enough. The minimum capacity you'd need is 6,000 lbs.
