Tapered roller bearing # LM11949 is typically used in agricultural hubs and mates with race # LM11910. We do offer these parts the correct grease seals # CE16305A to match your dimensions but we do not offer any hubs that use this specific bearing as both the inner and outer bearing.

Your best bet is to replace the entire axle with an up-to-date kit that includes everything, such as Dexter 3500-lb axle # 35545I-EZ-89 as an example. This 89-inch axle has spring seats spaced at 74-inches on center and it includes 5-on-4-1/2 idler hubs, bearings, races, seals, grease caps, wheel studs, lug nuts, and marine-grade wheel bearing grease. This and all axle kits are shown on the linked page.

We do have one 5-on-4-1/2 hub, item # DX22XR that you referenced, that uses # LM11949 as the outer bearing along with inner bearing # LM67048. These two bearings have very different inner diameters, 1.250-inches for # LM67048 and 0.75-inches for # LM11949.

Unfortunately there's no way for me to know what size dust cap the hubs on your trailer use. You will need to physically measure the cap itself or the hub bore diameter with a digital caliper to find the correct match. I've linked our full selection below.
