Can Fastway E2 # FA94-00-0800 be used with Jayco Hummingbird 17RB
Question:
We had a 28 foot camper with 860 lbs tongue weight and 6540 dry weight and our tow vehicle is a 2013 Toyota Tundra worked fine. We now own a 2019 Jayco humingbird 17rbtongue weight is 315 lbs weight and 3015 lbs. dry weight .I would like to use my current e2 hitch with trunion bars will this create problems with such a light trailer?

The tongue weight range of your current Fastway E2 weight distribution part # FA94-00-0800 is 400-800 lbs. Right now your dry trailer tongue weight is 315 lbs. If when it's loaded the tongue weight will be over 400 lbs your current system will be fine. I would assume that most likely that will be the case. Especially when you consider that the cargo weight behind the rear axle of a vehicle also counts as tongue weight.
