In order to install a 7-Way trailer connector on a 2006 Nissan Quest, you will first need to install the 4-Way harness, # 118469, that you have referenced. I have included links to the isntallation details and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
With the 4-Way installed, you would then install a 4 and 7 Way Installation Kit # ETBC7. This kit will provide all the wiring and parts needed to install the 7-Way. I have included links to an FAQ and a video that show a typical installation.
The FAQ and video also cover how to install a brake controller with the kit. If you need a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha P2, # 90885. It is one of our best selling controllers because it is easy to set up and easy to use. I have included a link to the installation details for it as well.
