What you have is a 4-way wishbone harness like part # A35W42B. It's a 4-way with two brown wires so you can run a running light circuit down each side of the trailer and not have to use a jumper wire to go from one side to the other. It makes wiring the trailer a little easier.

Your harness actually uses the traditional wire coloring; white gor ground, green for right brake and turn, yellow for left brake and turn, and then two browns for running lights. So you just connect the browns to the lights for their running light function.

A trailer's brakes lights are actually not on the same circuit as the running lights. They share the circuits with the turn signals. So you have two wires (the yellow and green wires) for your brake lights that go with the turn signals. The running lights are on their own circuit.
