Yes, the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111 fits a 2012 and a 2015 Ford F-250 whether they have a long or a short bed.
Please note that if you have already installed this gooseneck hitch once you will need to use new mounting hardware. I spoke with my contact at B&W who said that if you contact them they have the replacement hardware kit that you would need to do so.
