Which Timbren Suspension Kit for 2001 Ford F-250 with F-350 Springs
Question:
So I am looking at the FR350SDE and FR250SDE kits is their a difference in these other then the weight rating? Reason I ask is I have an 01 250 with 350 rear springs id like to use the 350 kit since i tow such a heavy 5th wheel a few times a year... The brackets and hardware look identical is this the case? Thanks in advance

Expert Reply:
The higher capacity Timbren kit part # TFR350SDE will fit a 2001 Ford F-250 or F-350 so it would work well for you. It has a higher capacity at 8,600 lbs compared to the # TFR250SDE which is rated for 6,000 lbs. Since you have the F-350 springs installed already this would be your better option.
