For your replacement leaf spring, there are a few things to consider. The number of springs in the stack doesn't determine the capacity, so you will need to know the capacity of your axle so you don't have springs that are too stiff or not strong enough for your application. For instance, if your springs are for a 3,500 lb axle, then the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 27" Long # SP-210275 may be the correct replacement even though it is 4 leaf versus 6 because the capacity and length are the bigger issue.
It is also important to know that as springs age and wear they lengthen because they flatten so you may need a 26 inch spring like # e94SR if your springs are really old or have been overloaded at some point causing them to flatten out.
The double eye springs all use the 9/16 inch bolts along with the integrated bushing of the spring like # TRBU11566 for the replacement. If your 5/8 bolts are without this bushing, then that would make sense, but the bushings are used on almost all applications with 9/16 inch bolts.
I've linked the page to all your leaf spring options to assist. I've also attached an article on double-eye spring suspension to assist. Knowing your axle spacing, equalizer length, and shackle strap length will help you determine the correct length.
