Where Does Brake Controller Install on 2019 Ram 1500

I can see someone else has had the same question as I have regarding this. Ive tried to reach that area behind my dash however when I do I still cannot find the harness to plug into. Does the dash have to come apart. My 2016 dodge ram was just hanging underneath the dash very visible.

If you check out the picture I attached you can see where the brake controller install port is on our 2019 Ram 1500. The install harness you need is the part # 3024-P to install the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 that you referenced.
