What is Weight Capacity of Draw Tite Hitch that Fits 2019 Subaru Ascent
Question:
In the comments of another question posed here your rep said draw-tite hitch number 76253 has a 7500lbs weight rating but everywhere I am seeing says it is 5000lbs. Am I reading something wrong?

The capacity for the Draw Tite hitch part # 76253 has changed a couple times but we have recently confirmed that the capacity is 5,000 lbs trailer weight and 750 lbs tongue weight. I attached a link to an install video for this hitch on a 2019 Subaru Ascent for you to check out as well.
