Best Rear Axle Suspension Helper Kit for 2013 Ford F-350 with Truck Camper
Question:
Id like to use these to level out the rear of the truck when hauling our truck camper. I dont have air bags and am well within the gvrw for the truck. My question is whether the sway stops can be used without air bags? Your product description speaks about using them with airbags but the manufacturer shows them in use without airbags. Thanks in advance for your help.

The SuperSprings kit you looked at is meant for commercial trucks that have an air suspension, however we can help you with a similar rear axle suspension helper kit for your 2013 Ford F-350 to help with sag and sway from your truck camper's weight.
For an easy-install no-maintenance kit similar to the Superprings I recommend the TorkLift StableLoad kit # TLA7200.
This no-drill kit is intended for 2WD or 4WD trucks that have an upper overload spring. If you check out the suspension overview video I linked (at the 4:20 mark) you can see how these work to pre-load the upper overload spring which prevents sag and reduces sway. By pre-loading the overload spring these prevent the main leaf pack from sagging. The other review video illustrates the kit components.
