Do the TorkLift StableLoads for Upper Overload Springs for a 2009 Ford F150 Require Drilling

I checked with Torklift and the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade for Upper Overload Springs part # TLA7200 which is a fit for a 2008 Ford F-150 features a no-drill application but does require the factory installed upper overload.
