The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400 actually isn't needed on your 2019 Jeep JL Wrangler. Instead what you need to ensure that your lights are working is a stop light switch. We have the Universal Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751000 or the Custom Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 for you to use. I confirmed this with my contact at Roadmaster.
For a complete flat towing setup you will also need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
