I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual for your 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited and it looks like on page 318 it states that you can either tow your vehicle with all 4 wheels on the ground or all 4 wheels off of the ground. I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to confirm this. We have everything you need to flat tow your Jeep but unfortunately it doesn't look like you can utilize your tow dolly for this.
Since you like your Demco Kar Kaddy I recommend sticking with Demco flat towing products when it comes to base plates, tow bar, and safety cables.
If you have the standard factory bumper then the Demco base plate kit for you is the Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519292. Please note that this product does not fit Winter, Hard Rock, or 75th Anniversary models. If you have a different bumper just let me know and I can make a different recommendation.
Then for a tow bar/safety cable combo I highly recommend the Excali-Bar II # DM9511013 which has a non-binding feature for easy hook up and adjustable height which reduces the need for a high-low adapter.
For wiring I really like the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 because after the initial installation you simply have to connect the umbilical from your Jeep to your motorhome and your lighting is good to go! This kit comes with diodes to protect both the wiring on your motorhome and your Jeep.
When it comes to a braking system the SMI fixed systems are some of the best out there. I like to recommend them because they stay installed on your vehicle and are very easy to set up after the initial install. If your motorhome has air brakes then the Air Force One # SM99243 is what you need but if your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is the correct fit for your application.
A lot of flat towing setups might require the use of a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level while towing a vehicle. I have linked a helpful article for you to reference to see if this applies to you. If it does then I have also linked our selection of adapters for you to filter through.
Attached are some videos and helpful articles for you to reference.
