I did some research and your 2018 Forest River FR3 32DS is built on a Ford F-53 chassis and has a 20,500 GVWR. The F-53 chassis is notorious for the ride quality you described. The biggest improvement you'll make is with a rear sway bar, which for that you'd want the # RM-1139-145. Next biggest improvement will be with a front sway bar # RM-1139-148.
SumoSprings will help too and are a solid choice. For that you'd want the # SSF-170-40-2 for the front and part # SSR-187-54-1 for the rear and you'd be set. With all of this installed your motorhome will handle like a totally different vehicle. If you didn't want to install everything at once I'd go with the sway bars first and then decide if you want more with the SumoSprings. I attached install video links to this page for more info as well.
