The D and W Dual Handle Faucet # PF213247 and the Phoenix # PF213248 are essentially identical products. I even went out to our warehouse to pull both faucets and verified that both feature matching dimensions, construction, and color. The Phoenix Dual Handle Faucet is actually designed specifically to replace a broken/damaged D and W Dual Handle Faucet.

Either option can be used for the same application so I recommend simply going with the lower priced model.
