Today we're going to be taking a look at part number KS60012C. This is the K Store's 00:00:07 replacement side mirror for the driver's side of your vehicle. This product is going to fit a 1996-1998 Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town and Country, and Plymouth Voyager. The side view mirror is going to be a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror on the vehicle. It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It's going to feature power remote capabilities, so you can see the plug right inside there.
Connect that, that way you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls from inside the vehicle. It's also going to feature the heated mirror glass, so that's going to be able to clear frost and ice and reduce fogging. When it comes to the glass we're looking at an OE grade flat glass with for surface plating, it's going to reflect clear images. The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome, and the flat lens is going to reflect true representation of the object size. Now this mirror does feature a breakaway design. If it gets struck from the front or the back it's going to be able to cave in towards the vehicle preventing permanent breakage or permanent damage. It does have the nice durable plastic housing with a really sleek black finish.
It's an easy no drill installation. It's going to use the same mounting footprint and points as the factory mirror, and then the mirror's going to use that plug to plug into the existing electrical wiring. The OE number, or original equipment number, is 4675571AB and with this part number you're going to get one mirror. A couple of notes to mention is that the power remote capability and heated glass of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has those functions, and this mirror does not support the auto-dimming or memory functions.
