What hitch do you recommend for my 2018 Honda Pilot?

For your 2018 Honda Pilot you'd want the etrailer.com hitch part # E98840. I recommend this hitch because it has a concealed crosstube which makes it mostly hidden, is made in the USA, and has great towing capacities at 6,000 lb trailer weight. The attached picture is what the hitch would look like installed.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the # 118760 which is a confirmed fit and would give you our most reliable 7-way option.
If you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
