What is the Correct Drill Bit Size to Install Base Rail Kit # RP30035-309 on a 2018 Toyota Tundra

I recently ordered the 30035 base rail kit with the 58309 service kit. On pages 2 and 3 of the instructions it makes reference to using a 17/32 inch drill bit, however on page 17, which is specific for my vehicle, it references drilling 9/16 inch holes. Which is correct?

The start of the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035-309 instructions are universal. Since the instructions for your 2018 Toyota Tundra say to use a 9/16" drill bit and this is only 1/32" larger than 17/32" I would just use the 9/16" drill bit. Either drill bit will work though since the bolts have a 1/2" diameter.
