Yes, you can use the Curt 5th wheel and gooseneck in-bed wiring harness # C56070 in a truck with a drop-in bed liner. You will need to cut a hole through the bed liner as well as the bed for installation. If you want you can make the bed liner hole bigger or just mount the 7-Way using the included hardware through the bed liner and bed. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
