If your 2018 Toyota 4Runner is a 4 wheel drive then I recommend using the Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops # TABSTORSEQ which are rated for 6,000 lbs and were built specifically for towing and off-road use so they will hold up much better than other systems that we have to offer.
For a 2018 4Runner that is a 2 wheel drive we have the Timbren Rear Suspension # TTORSEQ which is also rated for 6,000 lbs and will do a great job at helping with towing but they weren't built for off-road use so they won't hold up as well as the part mentioned above.
Since you did mention using them for towing I am wondering if you are having issues with your 4Runner sagging while you are towing. If this is the case then the Timbren system will help to level it out some but a weight distribution system like the Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET.
The correct system will depend on the tongue weight of your loaded trailer and the weight of any cargo behind your rear axle though so if this is the option that you would be interested in just let me know what those weights are and I can help you find the correct weight distribution system for your towing application.
