Recommended Jounce Springs for Tow a 5th Wheel with a 2005 Ford F-250
Question:
I have a 2005 F250 4x4 Crewcab and I pull a 5th wheel with a dry hitch weight of 2630 lbs. Which model superspring should I get?

If you really want to use the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs then I recommend part # SSR-114-54 which have a 2,800 lb capacity and will be the most they offer that will work with a 5th wheel hitch. However, I would strongly urge you to consider the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR250SDF which have a 6,000 lb weight capacity and will be much better suited for the pin weight of your 5th wheel trailer. They may provide a slightly less comfortable loaded ride when compared to the SumoSprings but you are really going to want the extra capacity as the SumoSprings are not going to cut it.
They both install in the same location with very little tools required. I have attached an install video of both kits for you as well.
