The best hidden trailer hitch for your 2018 Subaru Forester is the Draw-Tite # 76182 because of its strong steel construction which gives it a 525 lb tongue weight capacity (the most among hidden trailer hitches that fit an '18 Forester).
The Draw-Tite is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and is a great option for either towing or using accessories like a bike rack; I have added a photo a customer sent in of this hitch installed on a 2018 Forester carrying a bike rack so you can see how it looks.
If you intend to use this hitch for towing you will need a wiring harness to power your trailer's lights and for that I recommend T-One Wiring Harness # 118467 because of its easy, plug-in installation.
