Trimming Required to Install Curt 2-Inch Hitch C13396 on 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport

My car is on lease and I am planning to get this hitch installed. According to the instructions, the hitch needs some trimming of the lower bumper cover fascia. please let me know if we need to trim both the lower cover - LR077790 and the bumper cover - LR073068 ? I may have to replace these parts on the return of the lease.

Curt 2-inch hitch # C13396 is a confirmed fit on the 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport without the 5+2 seating feature. This hitch installation will require trimming of both the underbody panel and lower fascia.
There can be some variance in the exact fit of these trim components on the vehicle and this means that there can also be some slight variance in the amount of trimming required.
Curt's instructions, which are linked for you, recommend trimming out a section of the bumper fascia that measures approximately 2-5/8 x 3-5/8 but your specific vehicle could differ. The instructions also indicate the underbody panel's trim requirements. Both of these components are shown in the photo I included for you which is taken from page 3 of the instructions.
