Restoring Factory Tune in 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 with Cummins 5.9L

Can my edge programmer be unplugged and will truck go back to stock.

Performance tuners like Edge's products store a vehicle's original factory tune inside their internal memory. This storage feature allows you to restore the factory tune by reinstalling that original file.
The tuners that fit your 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 with 5.9L Cummins, like the Edge Juice with Attitude # EP31501 and the others on the linked page, will hold your factory tune until you re-install it. The tuner can be disconnected after the alternate tune has been installed until such time that you want to restore the factory settings but just disconnecting the tuner from the vehicle does not change the tune.
