Question:
The distance from the center of the pin hole on the shank to the center of the ball. I’m trying to figure out if I can drop my tailgate when hooked up.

The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37100ET has a measurement of 8 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the adjustment holes and then the head # EQ90-02-1000 has a center of hole to center of hitch ball measurement of 4-1/4 inches. So your total length will be 12-1/4 inches from the center of the ball to the center of the hitch pin hole.
