The best option for air bags for your 2017 Ford F-150 with an in-bed hitch are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57385.
These springs are compatible with your in-bed hitch and will provide you with air pressure that is manually adjustable between 5 psi and 100 psi to give your F-150 a boost to its suspension.
