I already have CMI rails installed for 5th wheel hitch will this air bag lift kit work with no drilling or moving other brackets??

Firestone makes an air bag kit that is a fit for your 2006 Dodge Ram that is compatible with in-bed fifth wheel hitches like you have as part # F2299 but the Air Lift kit part # AL88297 that you referenced is not confirmed to be 5th wheel rail kit compatible so I would not recommend it.
