2012 Nissan Frontier Towing Package With Turn Signal Problems
Question:
I have a 2012 Nissan Frontier with a towing package. I have tried three different trailers and each one has had the same problem. I just purchased a brand new trailer, so I know the problem is with my truck. The turn signals will only flash once. Thats it. The brake lights are fine. I have replace two relays, but the problem still exists. what should I do?

Expert Reply:
I have heard of turn signals hyper flashing and blinking at the same time but turn signals that flash a single time before going off is a first. Since you replaced the relays it sounds like a ground issue so check the ground area specifically for any type of corrosion but also paint or dirt.
A bad ground can cause all types of funky issues so it would make sense that this would be the problem with your Frontier.
