Yes, the Hopkins EasyLift Truck Bed Tailgate Lift Assist part # 74211 is a confirmed fit for your 1995 Ford F-150 so long as you do not have a Stepside or Flareside model. The EasyLift doesn't take much effort to install and unlike other tailgate assists will work to help with both lifting and lowering the tailgate.
