My frame for bolt on is 5”X5”, 14 1/2” RETRACTED AND Need 10-12” of travel, I would like a 1500# jack with wheel. Which jack do I need?

Since your trailer frame is 5 inches wide the only options we'll have will be jacks that weld on to the side of the frame. You'd want something like the Fulton 1,500 lb trailer jack part # FXP15W with the weld on bracket part # P9012-00.
