Can Tow Bar Lighting Kit part # RM-15267 Carry 12 Volt Charge Circuit

Question:

I am setting up my Ford 2018 C-max to flat tow behind my 2017 Winnebago Cambria. I am concerned about the battery charging capability of the RM 15267 kit. My 7 way plug on the motorhome has 12 volt power at the 1:00 position when motorhome is running. Do I then not need the RM 15675 kit ? Does 1 of the wires in the 6 way to 7 way coiled cord work as charge cable? I assume that I would need the RM15625 kit for the tow car. Can that be wired into the 6 way end of the coiled cord? Also, what gauge wire is used for charge cable? Thank you. I have used your products on a couple of other tow car hookups.

All 6 pins of the 6-way on the # RM-15267 are active so if you had the 12 volt power circuit active on your tow vehicle's wiring it would be carried over to the towed vehicle. From the center pin of the 6-way socket that gets installed on your towed vehicle you'd need to run a 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot) to the positive post of the battery and the battery would get a charge.
