The LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease part # L11390 can indeed be used in the bearings on you 5th wheel trailer with disc brakes but I recommend the LubriMatic Wheel Bearing Grease for Disc and Drum Brake Applications part # L11465 as it has a higher drop point which will allow for greater temperatures before the molecules in the grease begin to break down and wear out.

If you need an applicator gun then I recommend the LubriMatic Standard-Duty, Lever Action Grease Gun part # L30200 which is rated for 6,000 psi and will produce 1 ounce of grease for every 40 pumps. I have attached a review video on the grease and grease gun for you as well. I also recommend that you clean off all old grease on the bearings before applying the new as this will prevent any compatibility issues.
