Does EZ Lube Spindle Eliminate Need to Remove Hub Bearings and Clean/Repack Them

Does an ez lube spindle installed negate the need to take apart the wheel hub and repack the bearings with fresh grease periodically?

This is a common misconception but nothing replaces taking the hubs completely apart, cleaning them, and then repacking them with fresh grease. The EZ lube setups sound great in theory but they more often than not end up allowing people to overfill the hub with grease which then blows out the seal.
