Troubleshooting Rear End Sag or Squat on 2015 Nissan Quest
Question:
Would air bags help keep the hitch higher when towing. After market class three hitch installed. I have a anti sway load leveling hitch on also. The hitch rides just a bit low. Should i install air assist bags?

Suspension Enhancement would assist with keeping your vehicle from dropping in the rear. Unfortunately there is not currently any vehicle suspension enhancement from any of our manufacturers that is confirmed to fit your 2015 Nissan Quest. Unfortunately that means air springs are currently not an option to help level your vehicle under load.
You're best option is to work on your weight distribution system head adjustment to give you less drop at your vehicle and still give you the support you need. I've attached an article to assist. You will want to stay within the towing capacities listed in your owner's manual. You will also want to make sure your 2 inch receiver is rated for weight distribution system use. For instance # C13078 is rated for WD systems but # 75714 is not.
