Question:
I see they are rated for 7000 pounds. I am pulling a 9k trailer with a tongue weight of 1100. Will this product work or will it cause damage? I have a 2016 F-150 Crewcab 4x4

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT1504E is a confirmed fit for your truck. With a 1,100 lb tongue weight trailer, this system will help to keep the rear end from squat and your headlights from being too high to see the road as intended. These will act as a shock absorber as well as helping to stabilize your truck when under load. These spring are made for severe service vehicles like tow trucks so I don't recommend then for your truck as they can actually cause your truck to have a rough ride when not under load because they are designed to be so heavy duty. They won't cause damage, they just won't be the ideal ride.
My recommendation is the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-117-47 which are rated for 1,500 lbs and will be a smooth ride whether under load or not. They are still maintenance free and install in the same location. The progressive load control is much better suited for your application. I've attached a video to assist.
If you want a stronger support then I recommend the Timbren # TFR1504E rated for 6,000 lb capacity. These will be a stiffer spring but will provide more support under load.
