On the 3.0 of jack won’t come down when pressing the left and right together only the right comes down help

Pressing the left and right buttons together will activate the middle jacks on the Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817. Are you getting any type of error message? If there is an issue at a specific jack you will get an error message on the control pad that says, for example "***ERROR*** LF Jack" which will let you know there is an issue with that particular jack.
