There are several wiring harnesses available for the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe depending on which model it is and if it came with the factory tow package or not. The SE, Limited, and Sport models that came with the factory tow package can use trailer wiring harness # C56332. This harness plugs into those connectors in your picture.
If you do not have the factory tow package you can use # C56184 which plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring. I have linked videos showing example installations of both of these wiring harnesses for you.
Wiring harness # HM43805 does not fit the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe.
On your 2018 it is possible that models without the factory tow package still have those connectors and they just aren't active. If the dealer cannot tell you if your Santa Fe came with the tow package by looking up the VIN, then you could test them using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993. If they have power when activating the various vehicle lights, then you can use # C56332.
