Yes, the Camco Propane Cylinder Gas Gauge and Leak Detector # CAM59023 will work with a 100 lb tank. This gauge will fit all propane tanks manufactured after 1995 and has an ACME nut on one end and an ACME thread and female P.O.L. on the other end.
